From jan. 2011 to jan. 2012.

I'm a 6'3" and 35yo Frenchman ;-)

Lost about 18 Lbs, then regained some bodyweight.

Now :
want to bulk
want to fix those lagging areas...legs...calves...:-/

I'll take and post some legs pics

Thanks !
Much appreciated, from a big guy like you.

Now I want to fix my weak points.
My legs and calves suck, even if I train them 2-3 times/week, smith squat, RDL, Luke Sauder calf routine, etc...
I keep the effort, there are some changes, but not such as my upper body. Maybe am I too tall ;-)

And bulking is not so easy. Over-eating makes me sick after my long period of caloric deficit.

Thanks !
Much appreciated.

1 year of blood and guts ;-)

50% training...50% dieting.
Dieting and supplementation make all the difference (for me)

How much had you worked out before january 2011? Did you have some muscle under the fat?

I've been training brazilian jiu-jitsu for 3 years.
Maybe some muscles, but all my PR was crappy. So, yes, I was 'active' before weight training, but not muscular at all (and still have poor PR. I will never be a powerlifter ;-)
