Great article Bret! I've been devoting one day a week just on building up my weaknesses. Since I've only been lifting a year I sure have several but these types of articles have changed the way I've trained in recent months. Not only am I training weaknesses but also taking a break from my routine every few weeks to try out different exercises or techniques I've never done before. The things I despised or was afraid to do has now become a new passion for me. I wish I would have started sooner! I appreciate your work Bret!
