Unless they know something about Manning I cannot see the point in that one, 2 3rd rounders is pretty poor value for the Dolphins too.

Niners just resigned Rogers for 4 years and $30 million. Rumor is they're also about to sign Eric Wright at CB. Their defense is actually getting better. Bringing Rogers back means they'll retain all 11 starters. Nice.

Yep his ability to stretch the field and keep defenses honest re: Gates will be missed. Plus there just aren't that many legit WR1-types in the whole league period.
