There is a south African deli somewhere around there with a special jerky that is pretty good but in general, bbq sucks.

Biltong, there is also the version made from sausage called droewors. Both are extremely delicious, but I have yet to find dead animal flesh i don't like.

Wait there is more than one city in Canada? I am blown away.

yup! free health care in each one.

Lol and how long does it take to get to that one city to be seen or get an appointment?

How long it takes is directly related to how in shape your dog sled team is, and whether or not you get hit by blizzards and/or polar bears en route. Generally between 2 days and 4 months.

Also, you keep switching logins, people might get confused.

Lol confused, the picture is the same :) long story short now I use the DJHT on my phone and this one on the PC.

I thought you guys had Kodiak Bears not polar bears?

Damn this is coming up fast. This Thursday is my last day at GoodLife then I'm hauling my ass out to Calgary. Traveling through the States. Start work at World Health Clubs on Monday at 9:00am

With all the powerlifting gyms in the area I'll be smashing weights like theres no tomorrow.

I must say, the desire to be knighted is rather ambitious and un-republican, but I wish the OP the best of luck.

Hint: Sell lots of British arms to the ME, that should speed things along.

You're probably going to just miss powerlifting nationals then (unless you drive the whole way at about Mach 1).

You mentioned Strive, haven't been there personally since they got going up there, but I've heard very good things about that place. Basically only criticism I've heard was that the bars weren't great for o-lifting, but that was from an olympic lifter (I'm an olympic lifter as well) and we can be pretty picky about that shit.

Which World Health?

Edgemont. The nice fancy one. I'm guessing its just a commercial gym but I can do some good there helping people get to a baseline of fitness. My real workouts are going to be whereever I'll get the strongest.

I wish I could say I'm mentally self suficient enough to push myself in the gym but when i'm around other strong dudes lifting big weights I swear I lift more weight for more reps. Its all in the atmosphere.

I used to work out at the Edgemont one years ago. Probably changed a ton by now, but I do remember it being pretty nice in there.

Rare is the person able to make as much progress alone as they would in a gym with a strong, committed, like-minded crew.
