I like sushi but it' not a cheat food or indulgence to me. It's a healthy dinner.
Well for me...I don't quantify "cheats" as certain foods. I'll eat "unclean" or non-typical bodybuilding foods if they fit within my macro needs for the day..and I don't consider that cheating.
For me, cheating is when I do not weigh out my food and count my macros. A cheat day can and has consisted of vast majority "clean" bodybuilding foods..but, I choose not to count a single macro and can end up eating well into the late thousands in terms of calories for the day.
I only tend to eat sushi if it's at an all you can eat buffet...and well, macros tend to get thrown out the window at an all you can eat buffet... 200 pieces of sushi, some hibachi, green tea ice cream and a plethora of fried sesame balls then becomes a cheat for me...
