Hey guys, just thought I'd introduce myself. My friend has been bugging me to check out these forums, and I finally had a chance to check it out. My name is Joel, and I am 26 (soon to be 27) years old and this is my 2nd try and working the gym into my life. This time though I think its sticking. I've been enjoying it quite a bit, and look forward to seeing what I look like in a few years.
