Well, it has been a heck of a four week period. Glad it is over, but in a way it has only just begun. I am so grateful for this program and everyone here. And to Chris and T-Nation for this program. You all have changed my life more than you will ever know.

Indeed it has just begun. Keep with it, develop good eating habits, and post another set of pics in a year. You'll be amazed at what a year of clean living can do.

This is right now. Taken about 3 weeks after completing the two week transition. I am still working hard and watching what I eat.

Amazing how fat loss improves the neck and face area, even though most people don't even think about fat accumulation there.

Thanks Chris and KC. Ya know, I didn't even realize how much different I looked in the face. But since you guys pointed it out, it is absolutely true. Thanks for the insight. I am so grateful to T-Nation and the supplements for giving me a life I never dreamed possible. And a body I have NEVER had, even in my high school days of playing football and tennis and being extremely active. I wish I had this body in college. :) I could have pulled even hotter tail. haha.

Oh well, but life is amazing. I was looking back last night of some pics of me at the lake a couple years ago when I had ballooned up to 281 lbs. of pure fat! It makes me sick!!!

Keep those old photos hanging around and I'm sure you will never go back! :P I'd say it would certainly help checking back on them anyway

I don't spend a lot of time on the scale. I use pictures and mirrors. Scale weight is just a number and fluctuates about 5 lbs throughout the day. But I am around 195 now I think. So about 85 lbs lost since I started my healthy lifestyle quest about a year and a half ago.

Craig has been key in helping me achieve my results. Even though I have only recently met him, I have known of him for quite some time and the principles he has taught have been huge. So here is a picture of me in July 2009. Basically two years ago at a height of 285 pounds.

Oh, and that beer in my hand? Haven't had one since November of 2009. Actually haven't had a drop of alcohol since then. In my opinion, alcohol of any kind is nothing but a diet and physique killer!!!

Another one. The part that pisses me off with this picture is that it was taken at my 10 year class reunion. Sucks more than ever that this is how my classmates that I hadn't seen for 10 years had to see me. I guess I will have to redeem myself at my 20 year reunion.

This was taken August 12th, 2011. Gotta love the gay cell phone/mirror/self shots. But I am pretty happy with my continued progress. I have recently started the Anaconda 2 protocol and really looking forward to continued progress.
