Yo man that frittata on page 2 looks awesome. How do you make it?
cast iron skillet, just make it like a frittata - I like to cook my veggies/meats in another skillet or in the cast iron but then remove it, wipe clean with towel, add some olive oil, egg/greek yogurt mixture then add in the veggies/meats shake it up to get the egg on everything, then add to oven
