Use our search engine and look up my no-grain oatmeal recipe. Or scan our HSM and recipes section. Very tasty.

My favorite dtore-bought cereal is made of puffed rice and that's in. One ingredient. I use Metabolic Drive Low Carb as "milk" but unsweetened almond milk will work too. You can get this at Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, etc.

Now, I am on Indigo-3G these days which allows me to eat more clean carbs, but this is a fine choice for anyone who wants to build muscle. And you do need carbs for that.

I have been taking 3 tablespoons of finely milled flax seed and mixing in whole milk and then heating on the stove or microwave. Its amazing how much liquid the milled flax can absorb as you heat it on the stove- I am not sure how much I put in there, I make it by eye. Cooks in about 2 mins which is great!

My lady likes some honey in there- I heat some frozen blackberries and the mash them and stir that into the goop. The texture of the heated flax and milk is pretty snotty to say the least but I like the taste so the texture doesn't bother me.

Good way to start the day with some Omega-3s and fiber! I am sure you could use almond milk or Metabolic Drive "milk" etc and get good results.
