So.... today i was getting bored of shakes so i thought id try mixing my protein powder with my peanut butter (1 tablespoon) and a splash of water - guess what.... it tasted like crap! BLEURGH
Anyone tried anything other than shakes for non HSM days can you let me know if they taste good i need a little variation
day 11 now lots of weight off more to come i wont give up ;)
You can mix the protein really thick with just a little water and make a pudding almost.
You can blend in ice for an ice cream-esque thing.
PB and protein powder should work fine if you get it mixed thoroughly enough, maybe add some water.

dude my favorite one is the one with PB in it!...Try adding like cinnamon or those types of things that dont have any calories in them. Also, no I only drink the shakes on the non HSM days, you only have two more weeks, I promise you'll get used to the shakes!
