I want to make my own frittata but I just want to use eggs, egg whites and veggies. How do I know how much vegetables I should use with how many eggs? Like what should the ratio be? I would like to make one for about 6 people.

Also if I only had those 3 ingredients would it taste too plain? What else could I add in and how much of it?

There's really no math to a frittata. I don't even measure anything. And much depends on the size of your pan. See my "Cast Iron Frittata" recipe if you haven't yet: http://tnation.t-nation.com/...r_and_breakfast

For flavor add salt, pepper, and herbs of choice. You'll want some sour cream or something for added fluff mixed into the eggs.
