Week 2:
Weighed in last Friday (day 12) at 223 which is down 14 pounds since beginning the diet.
Stayed true to all the shakes and workouts this week. Still struggling with the fast pace of the workouts and reduction in rest times but getting stronger and feeling healthier.
Splurged a little bit on my HSM last night at grannys house at easter by eating a couple small bites of cake.
However, did my V-Burn challenge this morning and completed it in 18:30 which is down from 33:40 from the first week! Pumped about that!
