Alright here is an update on my success after the v-diet. Since April 1st the end of the V-Diet I managed to lose a few more pounds 220 lbs(finished v-diet at 225), On April 29th I went on vacation for 20 some days and was able to maintain the same body weight. I then went on vacation again in early June so that is almost 2 full months of Vacation and still managed to maintain my weight setting at around 225, with out putting on much fat. The transformation was well received at home and the little things I noticed were great. I would go out to eat and barely eat half my plate, or be satisfied with lunch size portions. This was the biggest change I noticed but my energy levels where great as well. The plan now is another round of the V-diet to get back to my military weight and once that is complete, the plan for eating clean and a life on the healthy side of things will begin. There are many ways to lose weight and be successful, hard work being the key to any, but the v-diet is by far my favorite and easiest for me. It is my tool that I use to get health back on track. The plan is to not get back of track once I am done with the second round, but I plan on using the v-diet once a year or once every 2 years to help maintain a healthy life style.
