day 5 transition
was not feeling my workout this morning but I did it anyway... does anybody else want to go back to regular cardio besides me? I get bored just walking fast I want to sweat till I can wring my pig tails out, I like that!

40 mins of elliptical kept heart rate low... still trying to baby the stupid ankle a bit.
last night I did eat more food than normal, but nothing bad, and I did not have my last shake.
Day 6 transition 4/7/12
dyed the Easter eggs last night. Going to do my best to avoid all of the candy that will befall me this weekend.
just going to fix my breakfast shake, I did something that you technically aren't suppose to do yesterday.
I have some of those water flavor crystals sticks... they have 15 calories in them, and you put them in a bottle of water and shake it up, I added one of the lemonaide flavor to the vanilla shake, and I really liked it. I probably shouldn't put them in my water either, but it is a far cry from all of the cans of diet soda I was drinking before.... so I'll live with it:)
Day 10 transition. I have another cold wtf!!!!! It has been floating around here like wild fire, but I can't remember being this sick twice in under 2 months:( I slept in this morning, so now the gym will be after work, I hate going after work. It is raining, so I'm bringing my bathing suit and gonna do some laps.
This is my last day of transition I've not followed the transition properly. Today I was actually pretty bad with eating:( So I'm going to do a liquids only day tomorrow and then I'm going to throw in another week of transition. I ordered another bottle of food. Some days, just don't turn out the way you plan. Today was one of those days. I am however, going to go back to my normal cardio stuff, where I sweat till I can wring my pigtails out, because that is what I like to do. I always have lots of nepa involved in my daily routine. So the way I look at it, I shouldn't have to be bored, boredom doesn't serve me well. I want to pump my Norwegian death metal and sweat, so I will!!!! All in all this diet has been pretty good. I've enjoyed the support that the fellow dieters give each other. Back to the laundry for me!! And my v-challenge was done in 14 mins 48secs this week.
