day 5 transition
was not feeling my workout this morning but I did it anyway... does anybody else want to go back to regular cardio besides me? I get bored just walking fast I want to sweat till I can wring my pig tails out, I like that!

40 mins of elliptical kept heart rate low... still trying to baby the stupid ankle a bit.
last night I did eat more food than normal, but nothing bad, and I did not have my last shake.
