Starting official V-Diet Monday, in 2 days. Having shakes and 1.5 HSM for the weekend. Found a great source of ground, organic flax seed, packaged in individual servings: http://www.carringtonfarms.com
Metabolic Drive tastes fantastic. Started V burn exercises. haven't been to the gym in so long, may need to google directions:)

Stats tomorrow.

good luck with this program it is a pretty good place to drill some discipline into your head:)... and least it was for me. I will look up the carringtonfarms. I mostly just get mine at the store on the corner..
