So, today is day 28. This has been a long journey, but I am so glad that I decided to do this diet. Above are before and after pics. I do not have measurements yet because I am waiting for the trainer who did my body comp the first time, to do it again.
It has been a long 28 days, and a lot of my co workers made fun of me at first for starting this diet, but were really impressed by my will power to never quit. It is hard, but to me, the shakes tasted great. It was not hard to complete the 28 days. I was hungry for the first week, but after that, it was a breeze. I actually looked forward to my shakes, not because of being hungry, but because they tasted so good.
I followed the advanced workouts, and did NEPA walks everyday, and the V-burn on Saturdays. I thought that my strength would go down a bit, due to only drinking shakes, but to my surprise, I am still as strong as I was from the beginning. I did not get stronger, but I am just glad that I didn't get weak.
I did not deviate from the diet, and my HSM's consisted of salmon or chicken, half of a sweet potato, a big salad, and some grapes/pineapple.
I took 2 HOT-ROX as soon as I woke up along with Se7en, then two HOT-ROX and another Se7en in the afternoon. Other than that, I drank the shakes as prescribed.
Now I have to go shopping for a new wardrobe. I can take my jeans off without even unbuttoning them.
Thank you Chris!! I am so happy that I completed this diet!
This diet has also changed my taste buds. I do not want to eat crap at all! I have a desire to only eat clean. I do not think that it will be hard for me to keep the fat off.
My goal now is to get stronger, and build muscle, as I get leaner.
Good luck to everyone else that is doing this diet. Just follow the diet exactly, and you will see amazing results!!!!
