V-Diet 2: Day 9

Weigh In: 213!
loss of 6 since start of v-diet 2, but only a loss of 1 lb from the lowest ive been recently. i think that 214 i had a few weeks ago was one of those times when everything was perfect for a really low weigh in. so i think this time around its an actual fat loss and not just water/glycogen depletion.

V-diet 2: Day 10

i did NEPA yesterday, 3 miles etc etc. shakes were all good. PB in the afternoon again, this is going to be the new normal for me, definitly helps IMO.

as for today, doing a pulse fast. i love pulse fasts.

stepped on the scale this morning for shits and giggles, weighed in at 212 lbs. which is 1 lb less than yesterday. nice. gonna lift this afternoon, NEPA this evening hopefully.

tired during the workout again but got some stuff done:

Workout:
DB Military Press
55s x 5
60s x 5
60s x 5
60s x 5

Cable Rows:
"14" x 5
"15" x 5
"15" x 5
"15" x 5

BB Bicep Curl:
65 x 6
65 x 5

DB Bicep Hammer Curl:
35s x 5
35s x 6

Leg Lifts:
BW x 20
BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 10

felt dead the whole time. still, used more weight than back in Feb so ill take it.

V-Diet 2: Day 11

weighed in for shitz'n'giggles: 210 lbs
2 lb drop since yesterday. wow.

NEPA: the usual

HSM:
12 oz steak
spahghetti squash with alfredo, chicken, bacon and some parm

BIG HSM, but not many carbs. doubt ill be 210 tomorrow lol, probably 212 again or maybe even 214. I needed it though. lots of pulse fasts plus V-diet and i think my metabolism might have taken a hit these past weeks, that would explain the low energy. this should get it back up and the next few days should have good fat loss. looking foward to the transition. starting monday its gonna be 1 HSM per day and shakes plus 2 pulse fasts per week for a couple weeks...probably until i run out of Metabolic Drive.

so far, with this "V-Diet express" ive had massive weight loss while retaining strength and therefore most of the weight loss is fat. i did measure my waist today, 38 inches at the largest which is a 1 inch drop from the start! doesnt sound like much, but i cant expect another 6 inch drop like the first time, its not there!
