Well I'm most of the way through day 2. I havent really noticed any hunger pangs except in between shake 1 and 2. Besides that I stay moderately full all day. I HAVE however noticed how integrated food is into everything.. from seeing the burger joints in the background of the tv show I watch, to noticing all the fatty snacks laying around my company area (we keep a big tub of cheese balls in the front office lol). So my old habits are kinda getting to me but no hunger.
Since I started this on a tuesday, I did workout 1 yesterday, which seemed way too easy and short, I guess I need to up my weights. Today I will be doing the second workout, and then I'll do the normal M-W-F schedule from here on.
So far i'm happy with the taste of all the products, except one. The raspberry Surge Recovery tastes like raspberry flavored liquid sugar. It's so sweet I have to hold my nose to tolerate it. Besides that, all the shakes and superfood/flaxseed tastes great. I tried the tip last night about mixing the peanut butter with chocolate MD for a reeses shake and it was pretty good.
Also, I know they say it's a bad habit but I tend to weigh myself every day after morning PT. With all the army PT we do I tend to stay right at 205-206, but today i was at 202 1/2, so hopefully this stuff is already working lol.
