Easy peasy. Just need to move my week 1 photos to something else, since my photo bucket account died.

Been a few days, my HSM monday morning was smoked ham, green beans, Mediterranean salsa and potato salad.
Been easy going with workouts and shakes.
2 more days left and pulse fast, then my little experiment is over.

I just finished day 4 (and second PF) of mine. HSM (steak) on Saturday. So far I'm noticeably leaner, but I can't tell if it's from the PF's or if it's just because I'm the leanest I've been in 20 years.

Overall I'm very happy with the results, but i've still got plenty of work to do in removing the love handles.

Gonna keep this V-Diet train rolling, do some kind of transition, or get to a different eating plan?

Straight into eating. 2200 calories a day, 300g carbs, and see after a few weeks where it leads. Back to full dose I3G.
I'll get plenty of conditioning in, so lets see where it leads. And hopefully 1 pulse fast a week.
