Day 34:
Results from my weigh-in first thing in the morning:
Weight start: 70,7kg
Weight morning of day 6: 69,4kg
Weight morning of day 13: 68,2kg
Weight morning of day 20: 67,1kg
Weight morning of day 27: 66,0kg
Weight morning of day 34: 65,6kg
Weight Loss: 5,1kg (11 lbs)
I wasn't expecting much more this week, I feel tighter then last week, but I can feel my body adjusting to solid food again, am hoping for the the same loss next week.

The day was long, had to work until the afternoon, then I did a 25min NEPA walk, and directly followed that up with the V-Burn Challenge which I completed in 20min.

I had my first real social event, a birthday, were I had a plate of Chili with two scoops of white rice and 1 small piece of homemade spinach bread, drinking water, not the cleanest meal, but I kept the portion acceptale, so all in all good. Unfortunately I had been feelin a bit under-the-weather all day(a lot of sickness at the office at the moment) so when I started to feel a fever coming, I chose to leave the birthday party early, but once I got home I had a full-blown fever, so it was the right decision.

Day 35:
Woke up a couple of times during the night with a fever, but slept through the morning, and when I woke up, the fever was gone and I was actually feeling okay. So after my morning shake, I did a 85min NEPA walk.

I just stayed at home and relaxed the rest of the day, and other then a sore throat, I felt fine all day, so seems like I avoided getting really sick.

Only had 3 shakes during the day, then had my HSM and 4 handfulls of grapes, and went to bed early.

Day 36:
A bit hard to get out of bed this morning, but once I got up, I discovered that the cold was nearly gone. Had great energy today.

Did a 60min NEPA walk home from work, folloed by my Monday workout, I completed the session in 47min, not as fast as I had hoped for, but about half way through I stated to loose my energy.

Since this is my last week on the V-diet, on top of only staying at one HSM a day, I have chosen to do atleast 2 days of only shakes, today was the first, so had 5 shakes plus 2 scoops Surge.

Day 37:
Started the day off with a 50min NEPA walk, but during the day I graduately lost my energy, again I didn't get as much sleep as needed, so think that's the main cause.

I Had my 3 shakes during the day, and then switched my bedtime shake and my HSM, so had my bedtime shake right after work, and finished the day with my HSM.

Hope my energy will be better tomorrow.

Day 38:
Did a 32min NEPA walk this morning, have had a busy day at work, some caffeine pills helped with the energy, followed by my Wednesday workout, which I completed in 26min, so am pretty beat now.

Followed the diet as usual, again switched my bedtime shake and HSM again tonight.

Day 39:
Started the day with a 48min NEPA walk. Another long and hectic day at the office, took it's toll on my energy, but thought some fresh air would do me good, so did another NEPA walk of 77min home from work.

Had my shakes and supps, and my HSM for dinner, due to the long week I have had, I haven't been very inventive with my HSM's, but more on that later.

Day 40:
Again another bad night, look forwad to getting a night of sound sleep tonight. Had a hard time getting up this morning, and have had a headache throughout the day.

I took my second shakes-only day this week, so stuck to my 5 shakes during the day, plus my Surge during/post workout, and will now make it an early night.

Make sure to check in on Sunday, where I have updated both my final weigh-in, pics, final thoughts, and my post V-Diet plan.

Oh and one other thing before I forget again, I appologize for the spelling mistakes throughout my Log, the keyboard on my 7year old laptop is acting lifeless at the moment.

MY HSM from Sunday and Tuesday (day 35 & 37). (The picture shows 1 serving of Steak w/ salad, I had 1 serving)

The menu was a Steak(about 100g) prepared on my indoor grill, with store-bought Bernaise-sauce, and then a portion of fresh salad. For dessert I had about 4 handfulls of grapes and to drink I had 1L of corbonated water.

MY HSM from Wednesday and Thursday (day 38 & 39). (The picture shows 1 serving of Lasagna w/ salad, I had 1 serving)

The menu was wholewheat lasagna noddles(about 25g) with homemade meat sauce with beef(150g of lean ground beef), onion, carrot, kidney beans, tomato paste, chilli, red/yellow pepper, parsley, topped of with low-fat mozarella, and then a portion of fresh salad. For dessert I had about 4 handfulls of grapes and to drink I had 1,5L of corbonated water.

As mentioned before, due to my schedule I have had very little time to prepare my HSM's, so I chose the easy way out, and stuck to just re-heating the Lasagna from the freezer.

Day 41:
Last 'real' day of my V-Diet:)

Only had My Breakfast and Lunch Shakes (got out of bed a little late). Did the V-Burnout before my Lunch shake, finished the training in 19min(a time i didn't think I would come close to after the first session 5 weeks ago)

The I went to the movies, where I treated myself to a medium portion of popcorn to celebrate, and then had my HSM afterward.

All in all a very good day, with a good spirit after completing the diet.

Final Result:
After 41 days, 24 workouts, 5765 reps, 1861 minutes of walking, and with a average daily calorie intake of between 1350-1900 these are my results of the V-Diet.

Results from my last weigh-in on day 41, first thing in the morning:
Weight start: 70,7kg
Weight morning of day 6: 69,4kg
Weight morning of day 13: 68,2kg
Weight morning of day 20: 67,1kg
Weight morning of day 27: 66,0kg
Weight morning of day 34: 65,6kg
Weight morning of day 41: 64,9kg
Total Weight Loss: 5,8kg (12,7 lbs)
I was shooting for 5-5,5kg of weight-loss, so I surpased my goal with 0,3kg, so I am very happy with the result.

I have used 3 different devices to measure my fat%, allthough none of them are accurate, I believe they give a fairly good indication of what I have lost in %, when calculating an average from the 3.
Avrg. Fat% start: 15,2%
Avrg. Fat% of day 6: 15,5%
Avrg. Fat% of day 13: 13,4%
Avrg. Fat% of day 20: 13,3%
Avrg. Fat% of day 27: 12,2%
Avrg. Fat% of day 34: 12,2%
Avrg. Fat% of day 41: 11,2%
Total Avrg. Fat% Loss: 4,0%

All my measurements are taken in relaxed state.
Measurements:
Age: 28
Height: 178
Weight: 70,7 - 64,9 (-5,8kg)
Fat%: 15,2% - 11,2% (-4,0%)
Neck: 36,5 - 35,5 (-1cm)
Shoulders: 110 - 109 (-1cm)
Chest Upper: 96,5 - 94,0 (-2,5cm)
Chest Lower: 92 - 89 (-3cm)
Waist Navel: 83 - 76 (-7cm)
Waist Largest: 90 - 86 (-4cm)
Hips Largest: 99 - 95,5 (-3,5)
UpperArm L: 31,5 - 30,0 (-1,5cm)
UpperArm R: 31,5 - 30,0 (-1,5cm)
UpperLeg L: 57,5 - 54,0 (-3,5cm)
UpperLeg R: 57,5 - 54,0 (-3,5cm)
LowerLeg L: 37 - 36 (-1cm)
LowerLeg R: 37 - 36 (-1cm)
Ankel L: 20,5 - 20,5 (0cm)
Ankel R: 20,5 - 20,5 (0cm)
Total cm-loss: -34cm (13,3inches)

I am very happy with the results above, and can only say, "The V-Diet WORKS!".

I still have some final thoughts on the V-Diet, maybe some more pic's, and also I want to share my Post-V-Diet plan for the next 4 weeks with you, but time is running out today, so will update again in the next couple of days, and I will continue(maybe not as frequently as I have been) this Diet-Log until the 9th of March.
