I realized tonight that I haven't really been cooking much lately. So with that said let's discuss what's on the menu for the week?

I'm thinking
no-pasta lasagna with ground Italian sausage
gluten-free pizza crust made from almond flour so that I can make 1) garlic bread sticks for the lasagna and 2) some type of pizza
rutabaga faux-tato salad
stuffed bell peppers

Then what ever random things pop up. What are you cooking?

I'm sitting down to scrambled eggs with "extra garlic: bruchetta topping and butternut squash hashbrowns, and lunch is going to be spahgetti squash with tomato sauce, roasted peppers and bbq pork. I'm thinking a cauliflower pizza tomorrow.

Coconut flour does not work as well as cauliflower, it is way too damn sweet.

This is a public service announcement.

Oh just 5oz of slow-cooked chicken breasts in fresh herbs from the parents' herb garden... awesomeness, atop a bed of fresh kale, fresh purple beans, a fresh carrot, fresh cucumbers, and fresh zuccini....... God I love summer, best food of the year! Take advantage of it.

Nice! I love summer farmer's markets, I hate the summer humidity.
