I'm enjoying my 2nd day off of work in a row! We'll see if school's open tomorrow I suppose, but there's still plenty of ice about. Walks to the gym have been treacherous lol.

I didnt get off work, but I DID enjoy the large amount of open power racks at the rec...I didnt even have to wait to use the deadlift platform today :)

The sled at our gym is clean...it's the three feet of snow in the parking lot that makes it tough!

Stop being a sissy, carry it over head, both ways, in the snow, bare foot. :)

We got 15 inches of snow in Iowa. Four foot drift on deck and driveway was a fun workout to clear.

Sleds are made for snow, right?

So I know this is old, but I've just recently added the sled into my program. I'm doing CT's superhero complexes and do either reverse pulls or sprints depending on the day. I am loving it, and now have about 4 other people at the gym dragging the sled in the mornings with me!~

Any one else back on the sled?

I rock the sled once a week for my cardio. I do 20 second sprints with 40 second rest. By the end i'm pretty much just walking with it lol

I hear you! I'm doing distance pulls as opposed to time. I sprint about 30-40 yards, turn around and run her back. Normally 4- 5 times in between complexes, two to three times a week.

I nearly threw up last saturday it was AWESOME!

Yesterday I had an elderly couple walking with their grand child ask me how much it weighed and if it was "hard" I just laughed and said "I have one more hang on"

I've been thinking about building one too, nothing too crazy, but functional.
