Thought I would start it up. We all know being lean and jacked happens for a large part in the kitchen. So let's show off how delicious fat-loss is. Rules are simple, photos mandatory, recipe optional. I'd say lets keep recipe discussion to other forums so this one is all about the food.

I'll kick us off with a steak, grilled zucchini, rutabaga fries, and Chris's Italian Parmesan tomatoes.

Spaghetti Squash w/ Turkey Meatballs

Tuna Steak, Meat cups, Steamed broccoli, Sweet potato

Almond Flour Blueberry Pancakes w/ Chocolate MD Coconut sauce

Great, now I'm hungry.

Very inspiring I must say though. Makes me want to go home and cook something up. I'm thinking I may experiment with some chicken breast and turkey bacon. If it works out I'll post it on here.

1st HSM on VDIET for the wife and I. I grilled she did the rest (best way to go if we actually want to enjoy the food!)

Steak. homemade marinade, no sugar, japs, onion, and tons of love
Salad. fresh baby spinach, homemade garlic vinaigrette (so amazing)
Green Beans. blanched, fresh, just a bit of pepper, oh yeah and WRAPPED IN BACON!

So rocked this again... HSM#2
