Oddly, the #1 complaint with the V-Diet is: "I'm too full! I can't drink all these shakes!"

Everyone is a little different though.

I found myself hungry if I went too long between shakes, but usually pretty full during and after.

I'm usually "just right" during it in terms of hunger levels, but having ways to "thicken up" the shakes really helps. I've been using just a ton of ice to give it a slushy texture, but it's not quite right. I'm eager to try this!

I found I wasn't hungry at all as I timed my shakes pretty well. Breakfast, lunch, mid afternoon, dinner, bedtime. Not hungry for 28 days.

well then this may help you, just use the correct amount 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for every 500 ml of water, if you use too much (ie 1 regular spoon on 500ml of water ) your shake can become some sort of slime

You know, I'm on my second week of the V-Diet and did two pulse fasts last week. The strange thing is, I'm actually hungrier on the days I take Metabolic Drive, flax, nut butter, and fish oil than on the days I'm pounding MAG-10 and water. There's gotta be some explanation for this. Could it just be that my overall volume of fluid is higher on the days of the fast- and this is what is making me feel full? Could insulin levels be more stable?
