The interesting thing is that they noted via comparison to older blood samples that sensitivity is on the rise, wondering if it is related to breeding wheat for increased protein content.

That's good stuff.

Backs up what I've always suspected: you don't have to have full-blown celiac disease to get f'ed up by gluten.

Haven't had gluten for a while and feel much better. Problem is I get cravings for wheat/noodles etc. Anyone have a good alternative?

eat a little. you will get your fix. then feel like shit and remember why you don't want it any more. I forget sometimes how I feel after eating some bread, then I get a quick reminder
