Chris- I am in my second week of the Velocity diet and have been using 2 scoops of MAG-10 ILO 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive. My supply is almost complete, so I placed an order today of the New formula. Is it OK to continue this with the New MAG-10 formula? Also, on Sunday, the day after my HSM, I planned on doing a Pulse Fast. Should I follow the same protocol when using the New Formula?

MAG-10 and Anaconda aren't part of the V-Diet. And I don't know what "ILO" means.

In a previous post, you mentioned that 2 scoops of MAG-10 could be substituted for 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive for the Leucine content. Is that still OK?
