I will be done with my 6-week diet program and will be in my 7th week.. i will be gone for a whole 7 days.. what can i do to keep the weight off during this period? I doubt my friends will want the HSM's i eat and i doubt they will go to the gym with me.. what can i pack to eat and what should i do about working out? thanks in advance

alright. My girlfriend is also going so, there won't be to much drinking for me hah. I guess i could probably wake up early and take a walk on the beach. Also, what did you eat when you were in Miami?

when i was in miami i was probably only eating once a day. we went for the ultra music fest which meant noon-midnight was constant NEPA and no food. i had half a chicken at the airport when i got there at a Sbarro. i had a few macdonalds burgers without a bun. i had a lot of burgers without the bun, actually. chicken wings, steaks, stuff like that. dont worry about it. have a good time and just make sure your meals are primarily protein and you are being active.

I don't really understand your question. Eat what YOU want to eat and forget your friends if they don't approve. Are you going to eat badly just because they do? Are you going to drink just because they do? Have a spine and do what's best for your goals. Go to the gym by yourself if you have to. Take some Metabolic Drive and bars to fill in when you can't get a healthy meal.
