Just wanted to ask whether I had the right amount of supplements. I ordered the amount as stated in the program (i.e. I cliecked the button and it took me to the ordering page). did anyone run out. I am bit a of a detail oriented person...so I see that in the 28 days, there are 11 scoops of Metabolic Drive, along with flax seed and Superfood as required by the meal. The 11 scoops will be on a non HSM day, and 9 scoops on a HSM day. Which gives us 300 total scoops. That is roughly 10 bottles of Metabolic Drive...I hope I am clear on the math and what not. Will we have to order more supplements for phase 2?

Thanks.

If you used the V-Diet calculator and stick to the plan, you'll have enough supplies for the 28 day strict portion of the diet. If you do the Transition phase, as written, that will require more products.

Nice work!

A lot of people who start with the V-Diet join us in the Indigo Project. Very nice to eat carbs again and have them go to muscle instead of fat.

Do it again after a few weeks. Re-calculate the menu w/ your new weight though, it could change. Also check out the Pulse Fast and Pulse Feast programs. We used those after the vdiet last year w/ great results, ..so much so we are incorporating them into this year's vdiet for possibly even better results. Also look into fasted am cardio..especially during the transition weeks. Haven't dabbled in the Indigo-3G yet but plan on it sometime this summer after we shred down.

Thanks Chris. I did the V-Diet program for the obvious fat loss. But I also did the V-Diet program due to my schedule. I will look into the indigo project. Is there a level or amount of experience with fitness/weight training required for indigo? It would be nice to have carbs to go towards muscle for a change.
