If a 234lbs man dropped to 217 and then 214 after transition phase. If he kept the 214 weight for six weeks of normal eating, what would he expect to get out of another round of the V-Diet in MAY?

That's really hard to say. It's not about body weight but body composition, so lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle and the scale will show no "progress." Pics and tape measurements are the key. Gotta have something to judge progress besides the wonky scale. I haven't weighed in a couple of years!

It also depends on what you have to lose. So, a big tall guy is going to very different that a smaller framed shorter guy at a given weight. Maybe you have 10 pounds to lose to be lean and muscular, maybe that's more like 30. I don't know. So, how far away the goal "look" is makes a difference in how fast you'll lose the extra body fat. Typically the more you have to lose, the faster it comes off. First 10 pounds is always easy than the last 5.

Not much of an answer, I know, but it's just impossible to estimate.
