If i cut a pound of fat off your body and a pound of muscle also and put them on opposites sides of a scale, are you implying that the muscle will outweigh the fat? that put together on a regular scale it would be more than 2 pounds? Your silly. I used to think that it was impossible for a fat guy to weigh less than a muscular guy because "muscle weighs more than fat". I was wrong. Apparently you missed the lesson on density in middle school. Now triple palm that HOMOsapiens.


No sir- when you take 1 pound and put it on a scale with 1 pound on the other end it is balanced.

However say you cut out a 1 x 1 x 1 inch block of fat and of muscle and put them on the scale, which one weighs more?

I think its funny you dont have a single picture or training log up on this site, yet my training is a complete open book.

I was questioning why you hadn't been posting for 4 months then mysteriously appear out of nowhere, then it clicked to me...fatty has fallen off the wagon and is getting ready for yet another new years resolution to see his dick...good luck with it this year man, i hope you attain all your goals, or at least dont quit by february....
