introducing myself because I'd like to start logging here

I've been lifting for a longass time but was never impressive. I had a shitty final year of college and dropped from 180 to 150lbs. I started eating seriously and programming properly this January. Since then I've made it to 215 pounds at 6 2. I'll for sure be over 200 after I cut some fat, so I'm happy so far.

Anyways, I'd like to keep the gains coming and I know it's going to get much harder as I get stronger. I do 5/3/1 + bodybuilding type assistance. The eventual goal is to compete at least 1x each in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman.
