I'm still a kid and have no real problems to speak of. I dunno how you guys with kids, wives, or other real responsibilities do it. Mad respect for anyone with a family who stays and makes progress in the gym.
That being said, for me if I am overwhelmed by a test, job, something else stupid, i just say fuck it and do the best I can. It's a drop in the pond. The next time I'll put myself in a better position to achieve the results I know I am capable of.
