Bench - 190lbs
Deadlift - 290lbs
Front Squat - 170lbs
Press - 146lbs

Goals

Bench - 225lbs
Deadlift - 310lbs
Front Squat - 220lbs
Press - 170lbs

Get a bigger neck, get my waist down to at least 35 inches, bigger biceps and triceps, heal my elbow and shoulder.

And most important, win my first professional mma fight.

Agreed Enders...Well my goals for the end of april didnt come to fruition...bench was close at 215, my best deadlift was 355x2 and for squats I hit 265x5...I am going to sit down and set some good end of the year goals. As for short term goals, I will make some as I go along to keep me on track.

Same as in a couple of my other posts, to hit Elite status in 148 lb weight class

Bench: 305
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 475

My goal is to be able to squat 4 plates aka 405 - that would be a dream and I honestly think I can hit that at the end of this summer

Bench, I'm oh so close to 3 plates and I feel my transition into implementing an arch will make that quicker

500 clean deadlift, I've hit it hitched like crazy so a clean one would be lovely.

Honestly these are my goals for the end of summer, I'll repost again in here at the end of summer with new goals

My goals for 2011:

Size wise:

- Better quad sweep
- Bigger Hams
- Wider Shoulders
- Thicker Chest
- 19 inch arms lol couldn't let this one out

Also wanna improve on everything, but those are my weak parts right now.

Number wise:

400 bench
600 deadlift
300 front squat without injurying myself

Squat 180kg, back permitting (currently at 130kg with a lot in the tank)
Deadlift 250kg (at 210kgx2, failed 220kg 2 weeks ago, playing around with stance etc)
bench 125kg (105kg at the minute, big weakness is tricpes
CGBP 110kg
Incline Dumbells at least the 46kgs for reps (40kgx8 atm)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 44kg for reps (36kgx7)

Get arms bigger (they are 14.5 inches cold =/ but when pumped at least an inch bigger)

Snatch: 105 lbs
C&J: 140 lbs

Longer term goal
Snatch: 140lbs / 63kg
Clean & Jerk: 175 lbs / 80 kgs

Short term
snatch: 130lbs / 60 kg
clean & jerk 155lbs /70 kg

I don't have a date because I am so new at Oly lifting and I don't know any other women lifters(other than the couple I know online) to really have an idea what is a good progress rate.

But, I want a bodyweight snatch which as long as I don't put on any weight would be 63 kg or just under 140 lbs and a clean and jerk to match my front squat PR from a couple of weeks ago(175lbs) I've increased it since but I'll keep my goal at the old number. Lofty? I don't know. I believe I have the strength right now for the short term snatch goal and the clean goal but the jerk part I'm not sure.

Zercher Squat (no rack + paused): 315x4
Bench Press (close grip): 225x2
Deadlift (touch and go): 405x5

Goals:

Zercher: 405
Bench: 300
DL: 500

That's really it. Just get bigger and stronger. And stay lean while doing it.

315/225/405 by July 4th, 2011 (or earlier)

Id also like to zercher 315 by then too.

since my last goals post way overshot my results, I'll be conservative with these end of year goals and say

Squat 385

Bench 275

Deadlift 500

Overhead 205

Barbell Row 275x5

all while staying under 220, which may be interesting seeing as I start university on Sept 5

These weren't goals for the year, these were "final" goals, what I wanted to achieve some day. Beat my squat goal, pretty much hit my front squat goal, and everything moved. Some great progress, some OK, some shitty. Not bad overall.
