If I was just a bit shy I wouldn't post that video : Belt higher and the perfect angle/lightning to make me look even more fat and ugly.

03 September 2010

Deadlift
135x3
225x3
315x1
405x1
500x1 Belt
550x1 PR Belt Video. I must stop jerking ! That's a damn bad habit, still open to critic unless it's only to tell me I have big nipples. This is the first time I'm able to move fast off the ground and struggle at locking.

WP if you are able to add that much to your dead in so little time that would be awesome ! And H4M 30lbs from belt ? When I started using a belt I actually lost poundage on dead since I had difficulty setting up at bottom.

Nice fucking lift stompinghorse!

Critique, be careful on jerking it off the ground, potential torn biceps there. Try to keep arms straight.

You could also try taking the slack out of the bar before liftoff. Also helps avoid the jerk with bent arms.

I would say nice job otherwise. Keep up the good work man.

Here's the PRs from today's legs: 405 X 3 dead, and leg press

Eh, the machines are all just relative. Today's PR was 5 plates and 30 on each side. i love how some people load 7 plates on each side and go 4 inches deep lol, lots of those guys at my gym. I doubt most of them could even do 1 solid rep with 225
