I was hesitant to post this, but I realized that the BOI is all about accountability. I wish I wouldn't have dieted, etc. Such a waste of time. Anyway, I hope I've made some progress, I just feel really angry b/c I've been serious since day 1, but haven't been smart as well as serious until a few months ago. Anyway, I hope that I can look at this pic and laugh in a few months.
Regardless, strength is WAY higher in this pic, as well as speed and overall performance. I also had just run a half-marathon and V Dieted in the pic before.
Plz be easy on me BOIz lol
EDIT: weighing around 200-205 in this pic. Need more mass. More pics in my training log if you guys are interested.
first pic May of last year at 217lbs. Second is the pic posted last week at 215ish lbs. Pretty much the same weight in both I would say. Posing and lighting is different but I think you can definitely see a change in bodycomp.
