Well since Prof X made that "You all suck!!!" thread haha, I figured I'd update you guys on my progress at this point. Well, I finally decided to diet! Started at 278 5 weeks ago and am now 264-265. I would like to get down to around 245 if possible and am giving myself 11 more weeks to do so. I'll throw up a couple quick pics, I will give full body shots from a digi cam when I'm done, but for now my shit cell phone will suffice :)

Nice work man. I am relatively new to posting here but I have read a bunch of your posts and seen your pictures and I am VERY impressed. Your back is thick as shit and your shoulders look awesome. Keep up the good work!

We've all seen your back from the avatar shot, and without a doubt it's a strength, but I'll just throw in that your tricep shot is just beastly. That's a damn big arm ya got there -lol. The waist area looks a little thick from these shots, but not actually soft. I'm sure you're going to just look insane once you drop a bit more. Good work big man.
