Got a 570 raw conventional deadlift last night. Only a 5 lbs increase. I'm pissed I didn't just slap on six plates and get a 585 because the 570 was so stinkin' easy it felt smooth as silk.
Did a 545 on the way up and again on the way down before concluding with two doubles at 515.
Feels good doing this just two days short of birthday #51. Still getting stronger and plan on continuing to do for the foreseeable future.

whoa. there's some crazy heavy lifting going on in here.
I realize it's a warmup weight for you guys but I pulled 365 last night, conventional, chalk, alternating grip, after I hit 285x8.
I'm hoping to pull 405 without a belt before I start dieting down in April. it feels GOOD to pull injury-free with much better technique and to move weight I couldn't have touched a year ago!

I pulled 280x9 on my 5's week of 531 deadlift and decided to chase a new PR.
I pulled 375 stronger than I pulled 365 two weeks ago, chalk, double overhand hook grip, no belt. I was gonna try 385 but I ran out of time (had to meet gf for lunch).

Pulled 600 today for my first time. I haven't missed a deadlift rep in almost 6 months and I'd like to keep it that way. I had no doubts about this one today, but I knew it would be tough.
It's only marginal because it's a safe squat. :) I don't believe in them, but they're keeping my shoulders pain free and also giving me some needed variety to get excited about.
