/\ I'm all for Vitamin C supplementation, the problem started when Poliquin started talking about IV Vitamin C. I have this irrational fear that everything done IV is a bit extreme and pretty easy to fuck up.

Some uninteresting shit I felt like posting.

I drink about 10-20 cups of green tea a day, and I mix my creatine in the green tea to make it dilute faster.
I marinate my chicken breasts in a combination of soy sauce and lemon juice, crushed garlic, onions and some secret ingredients. Just cause I'm a bodybuilder doesn't mean my food doesn't have to taste good.

Rubbing mustard on a piece of steak before cooking it or grilling it makes an awesome meat, also bee honey steak = Meat of the Gods.

Enough with my Viking recipes.

what have you noticed, if anything, from drinking so much green tea?

Any improvement in being able to read/speak Japanese?

Nope but I've been able to read French without a problem. Don't know why tho :(

Hahaha, lost in translation I guess.

Have you or anybody else heard of the claim that adding a squeeze of lemon juice to green tea makes it more nutritious/easily absorbed?

I heard this, and I am trying it out, not sure how I could measure whether it's more effective or not, but fuck it why not give it a try.

I had access to IV therapy while playing college football. I don't think it was IV Vit. C, but I did notice that I (and other teammates) would recover HELLA fast, soreness was pretty minimized considering the massive workload.

IV Vit C is standard of care for burn victims in burn units. We did 10k/day at Vanderbilt on some patients. Drastically increases tissue regeneration over oral. Just something to think about if you have a place that will do it and money is no object.

How much would you expect it to cost?

Just wanted to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all the other Alphas.

Broscience has proven that everything you eat during the Thanksgiving holiday goes directly towards building the exact muscle groups that you're trying to bring up, and does so in an even more efficient manner than usual.

Turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and pumpkin pie FTW. Enjoy.

Happy Thanksgiving, at least this holiday lands during many of our 'bulk seasons'

Happy thanks giving everyone. Shame today is a low-carb day for me.
