Yeah its deffinitely the fast track to progress wise drug free, if drugs are the route taken early on i dont think that excessive fat gain is overly nessecary however if the said drug using person did just eat everything in sight for a few years while training unreasonably intense then the results after cutting down years later would be absurd.

Unless ofcourse the person sucked at life and managed to get disgustingly fat on drugs then that person should take up shw powerlifting and hang out with the other disgraces of life, that are 2 steps away from death yet refer to themselves as elite athletes because theyre good at eating garbage bins of pasta, cheating lifts with form and equipment and..

/end hated of obese athletes rant

First is early 2010 at bw-190, second mid 2011 at 217, and third is now at 191.

Certainly not the "final after", but had to add the pic with the beard, which trumps all other development.

A bit lighter, a bit stronger, a bit bigger, a bit leaner, and a bit grayer since last update (pg 16). Benching in the 400's.

Still going.
