Just been crazy busy the last couple years with my fitness business (Underground Fitness Revolution), so I don't have time to post on the forums anymore. I usually check out some articles every once in a while and buy some supplements, but that's about it.

As for all my former Renegades from 2001 - 2003, I can't seem to find any! At least I haven't heard from anyone through PM yet. What's up with that? There have to be some former Renegade members who used some of the RT programs back during the earlier days. Where are you hiding? PM me! I'm in need of some help regarding some training from the early days.

Coach Davies is still alive and well and continuing to train hard. He writes a blog through USPLabs and his Renegade Training web site. He's continued to sell athletic training programs, DVD's and ebooks on his site as well (but the prices are much higher now than they used to be and the selection is fewer than in the past). And he's been traveling and holding various seminars and certs in the US and Europe. I've stayed in touch with him through email.

Let me open up my original post to expand more than the early years of Renegade Training (2001 -2003) since no one has contacted me or replied.

If you have used some of the Renegade Training programs between 2001 - 2008, please PM me! I'm talking about those that actually used the programs that Coach Davies sold (VIP Club, Inner Circle, Rugby, 0-60, Shred, Complex series, etc.). Not the articles he posted for free here and other places!

I still love 'The Bear'. Can't do them right now, but it will be apart of my reconditioning protocol at first. It looks I will be on the DL for another year though, which is why I haven't been in the cell...It's very depressing to talk about training when you cannot train.
