sorry for no update yesterday. I trained in the morning, then had to get the house ready for todays garage sale. Lots of prep. Today was my first off day from the gym in two weeks. But Dont worry, I got a lot of work in moving furinture to the driveway, helping the people who bought with there items to there cars, and then moving the items that didnt sell back into the house.
Yesterdays training was shoulders. I wasnt feeling to great, seemed to have no energy. Got through it but felt weak.
the training:
I started with Some High Frequency training:
Bench
Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift
I did 3 sets of 6 of each.
Then I did a high incline bench press, sets of 6 reps, followed by an extended set.
Then two supersets:
Superset 1 of front laterals, side laterals, cuban press
Superset 2 of reset side laterals, standing laterals
3 sets of each superset. 10 reps each first exercise, then max reps on the others.

Eyes, Kayak row is the following:
Take the lat pulldown cable, attach the lat pulldown bar, then standing so the bar is in front of you with arms fully extended with a wide grip, simulate a kayak row to each side (one hand goes low and does all the pulling, and the other stays high on the bar) then do the other side, followed by pushing down with both hands at the same time. so right row, left row, then both equals one rep. It is one of CT's exercise. I think he has a video of it somewhere.

Don't underestimate the work that goes into getting ready for a garage sale! That can be like a day in the gym itself! :) Hoping it went well!

Two long days of garage sale. It went great, we sold a lot of stuff we would have thrown out. Fantastic results, but rather boring, except for the interesting characters who actually show up!
Today went to the gym and just did some calfs and stomach work. Did the following:
Cybex rotary calf 3 sets of 10
Seated Calfs 3 sets of 10
Standing Calfs 3 sets of 10
Standing cable cruches back supported 3 sets of 10
Swiss ball cruches 3 sets of 20

Yesterdays training was the following:
4 supersets of bi's and tri's
all done with 4 sets of 8 reps
1a) seated dumbell curl
1b) standing dumbell tricep extension 2 arm
2a) standing ez curl
2b) incline tri extension with ez curl bar
3a) hammer curls
3b) skull crushers
4a) reverse curls with ez curl bar
4b) single arm dumbell tri extension

Today was chest day. It was a good day. Did the following:
Today was my chest day.
I started with Some High Frequency training:
Bench
Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift
I did 3 sets of 8 of each.
Then did floor pressing, sets of 6, and one extended set
then superset of squeeze press and wide grip bench
Then superset of power flys and dips
Will be heading home tomorrow, back to the best gym!

I have been so busy. I am in the process of renting my house and moving to Vermont. It is very hard and long process. Sorry for not posting as much as I should have.
Friday was Shoulder concentration.
Saturday was deadlift concentration.
Sunday was off day
Tomorrow will be back on the postings.

Today was lat and bicep day. Loved it. Had a great workout, really had a good pump going.
Kayak Row (8x8x8)
single arm rope pulldowns
Palms up lat pulldown
Pullovers
all done with 4 sets of 12 reps
Then for biceps I did the following:
Hammer curls
preacher curls
seated dumbells
all done with 4 sets of 12 reps.

Last three days have been hectic! Going crazy with this packing up a whole house.
Tuesday - trained chest
Wednesday - Trained back and traps
Today - Trained bi/triceps
today's training was the normal, 4 super-sets of antagonistic bi/tri sets. Got a really good pump today.
Diet has been going well. I am just having trouble with one thing: TIME in the day!!!
Anyone know how to make more time?

-seated dumbell press
-high incline press
-bodymaster lateral raise
-icarian rear delts
Then did a second workout of the following:
-superset of the following:
-front raise
-side raise
-shrug into front raise to half press
did 3 sets of this

Today was a good day training. I did lats and calfs
Did 4 sets of 12 of all the following exercises
-Flex leverage plate loader lat pulldown to chest
-Hammer Strength Pulldown palms facing myself
-Kayak rows
-Hammer strength behind the neck pulldown
-Donkey Calfs
-Icarian seated calfs
Had a great workout.

Long day, woke up in ny, trained legs, packed car and now I am now up in vt. Trained legs this morning. It was a solid workout. Off to bed now.

today I woke up and hit the little weight room up here in VT. I trained arms. Did 4 supersets of bi/tri combos. It was a nice session. Then I hit the road to look for a job. I have been really busy. Had some good leads. I can not wait till I get settled in up here. I will be so much happier.

Back in NY now. I can not wait till Nov. I hate all this back and forth traveling. It is tiring, and time consuming. I had some good job interviews. Trained this morning:
