@Tomato - yeah, it really depends on the mobility of the spine. Most clients I see are somewhat neutral, so they achieve a shallow to moderate arch when I cue them this way. I certainly don't want an immense arch like you're talking about. Thanks for the contribution.

...I'm also going to run a couple more bottles of IG-3 then stop using it. And decide whether or not the product is worth the money per the effect on my body. FiNis, Mag and Plaz will be staples though thats for damn sure, and dont forget Elite Minerals and Superfood. But...buy the super stack once in a while and get Indigo for free so that works.

@EITrain: You bet. Owning a gym or having access in the AM and PM make this program more realistic. Much easier to focus on two shorter sessions rather than one long intense session.

@ Chris Shugart Is it safe to do maximum dose of indigo for longer than 8-12 weeks? I'm loving my results and would like to keep the dose up but didn't know if that was safe of not. If i can do longer is there any cap or no? Thanks So much Chad
