Hate to say it but I may give up on strength training. Not because I want to but mostly because of my shoulders and hips. They felt much better with the higher rep training I was doing. I'll still incorporate the main lifts, but as the last exercise of the day. Thinking into my 30's and 40's I'd rather have a well rounded physique than a nightmare of injuries at the expense of a few heavy weights. It's a bummer but it's just not worth it.
Regardless, I'm still extremely proud of what I accomplished this time last year.
