1st: Have you read the fan based comic for DBZ (the tournament one)?
2nd: Awesome PRs on everything
3rd: For program choices have you ever looked into the bulgarian method? There was an article that caused a shit storm on here from John Broz (im sure youve read it). If not, maybe have a look at it. bb.com to get the general gist of the program. Starting monday im about to embark on it. Seeing a 141lb dude squat 407lbs has inspired me.
4th: Hows recovery from the groin injury going?

NOTES:
1. I didn't squat today. Saving some filler paused squats for tomorrow before I deadlift.
2. Still need to improve upon tightness in my setup.
3. Still need to do more upper back work. I'm thinking about ordering some bands mostly minis & monster minis.
4. I like the Meadow rows. I just need to make sure to get a good position on them.
