So anyway, Yeah, my back/hip are feeling moderately f-ed up now.
Been doing some hard BBing workouts this week, but not recording anything. Trying to figure out what direction is next. I may try to work my way back into front squatting and just stay away from the deadlift, then eventually work in some light lower back pump work. Or I may just go back to BBing all together. Tired of being hurt.
But I do think I'll be taking a break from the site for reasons I'm apparently not allowed to mention.
