just some light rehab with 8x10 reverse hyper, squats with the bar and pulls, and leg extensions and leg curls today.. maybe some real work next week if im 100%

A) Floor Press 205x13 big PR
B) Dumbell rows 90x12x3
C) Lat Pulldowns 150x15x3
D) Front Raises 70x12x3
E) Upright Rows 80x15x3

Honestly at this point I know what works for me.. Working up to a top set of a few exercises and either squat/pulls every week and busting balls then slamming bb assistance like a motherfucker makes me put on strength so fast so I dont know why I was even trying anything else
