Damn man, nice work on the RFL. If bacon waffles and beeyas don't make for the manliest G-D refeed ever, I don't know what does.
LOL, the "nh" must mean New Hampshire, with your "beeyas" comment.

Wow, that's a lot of fat lost, really quick. Awesome work. I do kind of hate you though, considering I put progress pics up as well today, and after seeing yours, I just want to take mine down :(
But for serial, you have a target weight in mind? Or just trying to get shredded as possible?

What I would give to have your arms.
How many days since your last carb meal / refeed? Seems like it takes me close to 4 days before I sharpen up.

It's kind of like the Adande lounge on Around the Horn, only with more gay stuff

Great results on the RFL! You have me confident this is a good plan. Looking good, especially the arms.

UPDATE (even though no one is following this log and I havent been on T-Nation in almost two months lol)
today marked the halfway point of the fire academy. Things are going great. Its so much fun and I'm out there showing all those other dudes how its done hahaha
havent been able to hit the gym since it started (7 weeks) but got off way early today and got in there.... oh man it felt great! BW is down from 213 to 206 this evening.
Been running a lot during the academy and ran a 11:52 2 mile this morning during our Physical Abilities test (down from a laughable 15:32 on the first week)... my running has slowly come back so thats good.
aaaanyway, I probably wont be updating much since my schedule is off the charts for this thing. Getting up by 4:00AM and out the door by 4:40. My usual time home is 6:15PM and as late as 8 a few times.... Long days but tons of fun.
I'll fire this log back up after I graduate. 6 more weeks of takin names and kickin ass. Yeaaaaaaaa buddy!

I'm back (kinda)
Finished the academy, had tons of fun... Now the job hunt begins/continues.
Back in the gym tpday and so far I'm feeling crazy week. Over 3 months of no lifting has taken its toll... So has my lack of good eating habits. Ate whatever I could get my hands on during the academy cause being outside working hard in full turnouts and on air really is tiring.
Lost about 8lbs but gained a little BF I think. Sucks but whatevs.
Gonna be lifting Max OT style (from King Beefs thread)
Hit chest/Tri's today and liked it. Will post more later. Glad to be back.

^^LOLOLOL
Thanks guys. Such a warm welcome.
Got into the gym again today for Back n Bi's.
So far I'm two workouts in but I'm loving this Max OT training. I like that they workouts are short and you just hit it hard and heavy. Not sure how I'm going to respond because I'm used to more volume than this (well I USED to be used to more volume than this but 3+ months off changed that)
The weights are too minuscule to warrant mention at this point but I'll try to get something up tomorrow. I've just really decided to check my ego and basically "start over" as far as weight lifting is concerned. Gonna take a week or two to fill out the weights I should be using.
It sure feels dang good to be back lifting weights though :)
