God, fuck my fucking life. I am very poor at dieting, apparently.

Last night a guy came over and had a fun plant. It had been quite some time since I partook in the ceremonial act of fun-plant smoking. So I did. And jeebus chryst did I get blown.

How blown?

Enough to order, and eat, a Medium pizza from Domino's. FMFL.

Morning weight was 216.2, which I shouldn't be *too* mad about considering it is below last week's baseline, but fucking dammit.

Going to do some extreme shit the next couple days to try to compensate, which may include doing a 14er tomorrow. IDK.

Seriously though, now I remember why I cut that shit out... money and munchies.

hahahaha, its all about not being hungry when ya smoke. And just doing other things. I actually cant remember the last time i toked and just wnet on a binge, usually im to distracted by a movie or music to even consider making food. Also, pre bed toke FTW over anything

Hahaha performing the fun plant ceremony while dieting is dangerous. Especially if the ceremony goes too well and you end up communing with the spirits.

A friend of mine did that last year, then made the mistake of checking out the deals tab on the Dominos website. A medium pizza, pasta bowl, and sandwich were all ordered and eaten just because it was a deal. He probably only survived because it was a cheat day and he was super depleted.

So yeah, you could have done worse lol. Most of that gain was probably water from the salty balls fast food. I wouldn't sweat it too much if I were you lol.

BTW, by fun plant you meant peyote amirite?

Well, that was definitely the issue. I was pretty damn hungry for whatever reason anyway, then party time + NBA Finals and multiple commercials for pizza and before too long, BOOM, there's a guy knocking at my door with a sausage/pepperoni/philly steak pizza (awww yeah) awaiting my devourment.

I decided to leave at lunch today (half-day out pass, yeah buddy,) so I could go home and chill prior to a big leg sesh today. I fasted until I got home (fucking feels awesome when tweaking with Gwen... NOT.) I had like ~8oz ground turkey + 4 pieces of Ezekiel with chunky coconut/peanut butter spread. Decent, that was around 12-12:30. I didn't wanna eat much closer to the workout besides that.

Well fuck.

Today was so fucking gnarly. After all the quad shit I was staving off nausea SO FUCKING HARD. Like, indescribably so. My buddy/roommate actually made it in today (first time in, oh, 3 weeks, maybe more?) and he said I was pale as a ghost... and my eyes were all bloodshot. This was just straight-up not a pleasant sesh. Being 100 degrees outside (and meh warmish inside) did not help at all either. I could barely even drink water / my HP/BCAA shake or else I would've blown chunks. I'll annotate accordingly below.

Lolol... Glad to know it's not just me, man. I legit use to be a 5/6/7+ times a day kind of toker, but had to cut that shit out due to money and the pursuit of getting lean. I can't believe how remarkably weak-minded I was last night. Lessons learned, hard.

And yeah, it looks like the majority of it was water weight and poop. Lol. For whatever reason I hadn't been very regular this week, so I bombed the living shit out of some fiber yesterday (like, 40 g or more.) Couple that with Gwen (always makes my bathroom movements much more intense and frequent for some reason) andI I lost about 4-5 lbs alone from pooping today. No joke. Was around 214 prior to the workout, we'll see where I'm at on Sunday to assess the whole Skiploading situation.

And peyote... goddamn, man. I wish. I've been legitimately interested in trying that for the longest time, hahaha. Definitely not a very common find, however. :(

I kind of question whether or not peyote actually exists these days lol... I don't think I've met anyone who has even seen it, and I've met a lot of assholes who have done some really stupid shit.

Kind of a random question, but do you get any weird respiratory related sides when you hang out with yo girl Gwen?

Lol, it felt pretty terrible, man! At one point during the workout I had to go and piss out my ass (you're welcome for the visual,) and my stomach felt so bad I really couldn't tell if it was poo or puke... Blech.

Well, I know my dad took it once waaay back when he was in the military, and he got it from some Native American reservation in like New Mexico or something like that... had to haggle with them and get them some terrible weed to do it. So it *did* exist at one point... lol. I'm sure you can grab it now but the legit stuff has to be more difficult to find. It is just a cactus plant, after all.

Hmmm, no, respiratory issues not so much. I've heard of that happening, but I'm not really sure what that would entail. My big negatives are shakes, flop sweating, increased need to use the bathroom as well as some odd "smell" that I get when I take it. What kind of respiratory issues are you pertaining to?

Well I've heard of some general shortness of breath and things along those lines being associated with it, so I guess I was curious if you saw any of that. I ask because I do technically have asthma, even though I usually don't notice anything from it anymore. The shortness of breath is one of the sides that I occasionally see with stims, and that kind of drives my decisions as far as stim use- not trying to be heavy breathing while just walking from point A to point B, namsayin? Other than that I can pretty much handle any extent of tweaking balls that stims may bring haha.

I'm going to crank up the stims a little over the next few weeks to see if I can eat least make it to the edge of shredded, so I'm kind of weighing options. I'll probably go with the scientifically-proven, cheap, and easy to acquire at the store option for the near future, but I guess gwen might be worth a shot toward the end of the summer if I'm still not happy with my condition and want to do work real quick. Thanks for sharing your experience with it.

Huh, interesting. Yeah, can't say I've ever had a problem with any kind of shortness of breath to any capacity whenever I've used stims currently or in the past. I definitely can't relate to any kind of heavy breathing - sometimes I have to take deep breaths just to "collect myself," but that's just because usually I'm tweaking so hard I want to not act like a spazoid.

The plan sounds dec - might as well exhaust every option before settling for something more. I can say, not to try to sway you, that straight-up nothing has bore better results than when Gwen and I have hung out in times' past, and even now. Everything else is "fine," but there's something different about really being able to like FEEL it working. IDK. Ultimately, yeah, I think Gwen is the best and most effective thing overall without going really "over the line," so to speak. I do however, in my heart of hearts, feel that once one has hung out with Gwen they can't *legitimately* call themselves natty, but that's my .02 and everyone has a different gauge of what constitutes natty-ness. And fair enough - makes sense about the smell, though Gwen seems to be the only thing that really it's noticeable with - for me, anyway.

Essentially 216 today, but I definitely didn't poo at all yesterday (cheese from the pizza on Thursday night DEFINITELY caught up,) plus I ate a decent amount of almonds right before I went to sleep. I appreciate the insight on the gwen front, thanks man. I don't think I'll really need it this summer anyway, but I like to at least know my options.

Fair point on the whole "what constitutes natty-ness" issue. I've been doing a lot of reading recently and there does seem to be a lot of gray area as far as what people consider natty and also a lot of bullshit as far as calculatingly breaking the rules. I've got mad respect for the guys on here who have honestly avoided everything borderline for their whole lives and still compete natty with guys who are completely full of shit. I definitely don't want to be on the wrong side of that division, so I've still got to do some thinking if natty comps will be my thing or not. Either way, interesting discussion- I won't hijack your log anymore for now though haha.

Nice looking workout. I still need to try those k-pipe curls, everyone seems to love them.

Hi SSC,

I found some of your earlier posts while searching for loose skin.

I was just wondering what you did about it or if it got better? (Any updated pics?)

You have made some awesome progress.

I lost 51kg and look similar to your pics posted in 2009 - I really don't know what to do and I do want to avoid surgery if possible.
