Dunno, want to go heavy on them though - 10x3 probably

Today - felt like shit, queasy, stomach cramps, breathless. I must have got some compost in my mouth or something at work. I also forgot to take my caffeine tablets beforehand!

5/3/R Squat 145kg x5, 155kg x3, 175kg x5, 145kg x10, 155kg x8, 165kg x6 - at least form was good

GoodMornings, calves, curls, dips, pullups, rear delts

Well, that was three days of stomach bug, feel fine now.

5/5/5+ Clean+Press 68kg x12 - could have hit 20, but got bored

Clean+Push Press 80/82.5/85/87.5kg x3 - form is a problem, specifically the beggining push
Savikas Press 61.5kg 6x3

loads of calves, rear delts, pullups and face pulls

Have split training up into push/pull/legs - upper body stuff was creeping into two hours!

Today was kinda meh. Took ages to warm up and get flexible enough.

5/5/R Squat 155kg x10, +2 pr (good)
185kg x3, 145kg x5 - main set really took it out of me

Goodmornings, calves, curls.

I really want to up the frequency of my training. I have the time and resources - so why not?

Upper:
Clean+Press 5/5/R
Savikas Press 8x3
DB rows and rear delts

Lower:
Deads 5/5/R
Squats 5x10
Pullups

Upper:
Clean+Press 3/3/R
BTNPP 8x3
DB rows+ rear delts

Lower:
Squats 5/5/R
Snatch Grip Dead 10x3
Pullups

Upper:
Clean+Press 5/3/R
Dips
DB rows + rear delts

etc etc etc

nah, I'll just stick with push/pull/legs

3/3/R Clean+Press 73kg x8

Savikas Press 62.5kg 5x3

BTNPP 60/62.5/65/67.5/70/72.5kg x3, 75kg x1, 77.5kg x1, 80kg x1 - just practising form today

Pullups 7x5, band pull apart x150

Back: short one today

1 hand BB snatch 10x3 40kg - easy

DB rows 52.5kg x10, 57.5kg x10, 62.5kg x10, 67.5kg x8, 72.5kg x5 (bit ugly)

The combination of BTNPP and pullups (which i totaled 10x5 over the day) yesterday really fried my upper back, and my shoulders were too tired to do any worthwhile dips

it was. reviewing that video - im well pleased with everything - textbook form.

5/5/R Clean+Press 70kg x12 - kickass

Savikas press 60kg x3, 65kg x3, 67.5kg x3, 70kg x3 - hard, means it's good for me

BTNPP (rest-pause) 60kg x8/6/5/5 - massive pump in lateral delts and triceps

Front squat - worked up to 100kg x5, then it was closing time. need to do these a lot more frequently

Strained my left bicep at work yesterday, right deep in there. If its like this tomorrow, cant press.

3/3/R Back squat: 165kg x8 - ok, but done 8 before

125kg x10, 105kg x15

Got an odd problem with squats. Form - perfect, depth - leaving skid marks on the floor (slight exaggeration), muscle activation - 120%.

BUT, I go absolute balls-out on the main set, leaving fuck all energy for anything else. When I did that 105kg set, it wasnt 'challenging', but my legs felt like they were going to give out any minute.
Reading over my training log, it seems that i have only squatted 3 times this month! what the fuck am I? a bodybuilder? lol. Problem = lack of volume, loss of conditioning.

Either Im starting Smolov tomorrow, or i use Tim Henriquezs' 6-week cycle (which is great, used before), but squatting every day.

hmm
