@oly-ali I originally wrote double 24's and meant (kilograms). At that time, I was more focused in the back squat and used the front squat as a supplemental lift for higher reps.Regardless of numbers, the take home point is using the kettlebell lifts can teach how to utilize tension which can lead to increased strength through improved motor control of the skeletal muscle involved in the movement.

@MytchBucanan - Dan john refers to it as the WTH (what the heck) effect, some things just can't be explained when it comes to kettlebell swings and their effects.

@MikeTheBear Completely agree that the position of weight places greater demand on core and upper which causes a lower load to be used. I would definitely say you cannot use KB Front Squats as your only exercise, like I said in the article, the goal is simply to provide a new stimulus, utilize tension, and decrease systemic load.

What the? I front squat well over 250 pounds, and a big front squat isn't even my main goal (it is a supplemental lift). I trust you are writing in KG to mess with us Americans.
